Q&A: Lower Abs

I am 15 years old, and i was just wonder if you could write out a basic workout routine for my stomach for me. And email it back to me. See, I have a belly button ring and i have a good upper stomach and good tones arms and legs, but i need some lower stomach workout ideas. Email me back as soon as u can! Hi Yana! Abs are ones that like to hide. Chances are, if you can see your upper abs, and you already do crunches till you're blue in the face, the abs are there but are under a layer of fat. The only adjustment you'll need to make is to your diet and to increase your cardio such as biking or running. Some exercises that isolate the lower ab region are reverse crunches (try them on an incline bench for more advance) and hanging leg raises (tough!). I hope this helps! Thanks for writing!
