Hi Sepaually,
If you want to have definition in your legs, you have to do some exercises such as running and maybe weight train the most once a week.
But if you want to gain mass in your upper body, you should concentrate on each muscle group at least once a week maybe twice at high weight, low repetitions. Be careful going heavy weight, you can hurt yourself. Make sure you use good form.
Love Handles, this is the area that is the most difficult for most men. Alot of definition and fat loss in that are will result from a clean diet. You can also do side crunches or twists. Reverse crunches hit most of the abdominal area and are very effective.
You may want to consider seeing a trainer who can make sure you are performing the exercises correctly so you get maximal results and can design a diet for your goals and lifestyle. Good luck and keep me informed of your progress!
